Balanced yin is essential to have relaxed muscles and joints, strong immunity, mental clarity and overall health and vitality. Use this session as a springboard to balance your daily activities with the deep rest and nourishment that Yin & Pin brings by nourishing body, mind and soul.
Who?
Anni Turunen, having recently moved from Finland to Forster, will be keen to deliver one of her exquisite yin yoga experiences after which Sara Laharnar from Tree of Vida will ‘pin’ you.
A bit more about Sara:
Sara is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist/ Herbalist who is passionate about women's health, menopause & fertility. Sara runs a clinic locally in Failford, and when she is not in clinic you’ll find her either in the yard with her mini goats or down at One Mile Beach!
